There are also Open Loop and Closed Loop models, and the Heat Exchanger model and Solar Water Heaters in Bangalore.

FPC

ETC Model

ETC models provide a wonderful alternative to conventional solar water heaters and has carved a prime niche for itself in India's ETC sector, with the largest number of installations. The foremost feature of these models is that they use vacuum glass solar tubes to achieve high hot water output even on cloudy & cold days. The other salient features of these models are – they absorb peak solar heat all day round because of their absorbers' cylindrical shape and their auto-sun-tracking feature; they offer protection from hard water scaling & corrosion; they are compact & light and therefore easy to install & transport; and they are energy-& cost-effective, maintenance-free and long-lasting in Bangalore and climates of India.
